We were married in Drumhalla House, Easter Weekend. We planned our wedding from our home in Dublin with minimal trips to Donegal to arrange. Thanks to the clear and simple direction from Moran's Catering, we were able to organise the food, drinks and general logistics with ease. The team kept us abreast of all the milestones, gently nudged us when decisions were needed and advised us when we struggled to make our minds up on food choices, timings and general planning associated with such an event. This resulted in a first class service for our wedding day with approx. 140 guests, breakfast buffet the morning after for 30 and buffet meal the following evening for 70 guests. Everything was possible and they ensure that the bride and groom have the best experience all day! Many of our guests also commented how fantastic the service was and how great the food tasted. We had a brilliant day but it was all made that bit more special with the input from Moran's Catering. We could not recommend them highly enough.

From the very early stages, Moran's impressed us with their organisational skills and attention to detail. With their guidance and suggestions, we were able to plan and design a perfect menu with a relaxed vibe,whilst knowing that all the finer details would be taken care of. Morans provided clear pricing, with dates for deposits, guest numbers, payments etc which really helped when juggling busy lives in the lead up to the wedding. On the day before the wedding, the Morans team made sure the room looked amazing. The food itself, from the canapes, to the main course was delicious and we have had many positive comments from our guests. The dessert table exceeded my expectations - it looked gorgeous. On the day itself, Moran's front of house manager acted as MC for our proceedings. The day ran exactly to schedule, our guests were fed and entertained without any delays and we have had so may people telling us it was the best wedding they've ever attended. For us, Morans was the perfect combination of laid back vibe, whilst ensuring that the planning and the day ran really smoothly.

On the 15th August I married my childhood sweetheart. We had the most magical day of our lives! The staff of Moran's Specialist Caterers helped to make our day the relaxed, special and unforgettable experience that it was. Our guests are still full of complements about the food and the quality of care, they received from Moran's and their entire team throughout the day. We chose Moran’s for our wedding Rockhill House...and we have no regrets whatsoever! Many of our guests said it was the best wedding food that they ever had. The food was delicious (especially the beef - wow!) and there was lots of it to go around so nobody was left still feeling hungry. In the planning stages they were very accommodating and easy to get on with. On the night the team were very competent and worked very hard to ensure our guests were happy. I would definitely recommend using Moran’s, they helped make our wedding day very special for our guests and us !

Moran’s recently catered for us at our wedding at Drumhalla House. We couldn’t have asked for more from start to finish! They were so easy to work with. Communication was brilliant with us living in England. They were so flexible with our guests needs and nothing was too much trouble. Such a day.... Really can’t thank yous all at Morans enough. The day was more than what we could have dreamed of. Front of house was out of this world, she literally couldn’t have done more for us on the day, she made sure we had drinks, food & looked after our every need. Such a lovely woman and she went above and beyond throughout the day. What a gem to have as part of the Morans crew. The wider team had everything running like clock work and everything went so smoothly. They were very helpful & anything I needed added to the room or tables they took under control. We wanted a wedding that was a little bit different and not the usual hotel package deal. We found Drumhalla House to be an idealistic location and Moran’s catering provided the ability to transform this into a Wedding Dream. From start to finish they were very friendly yet professional offering tips and advice on every aspect. The food looked amazing and tasted even better coupled with their fantastic service and hospitality it left us to enjoy our big day reassured that Moran’s had it all under control. Moran's were the caterers for our wedding in Donegal and put on a flawless display of gourmet dining for all of our guests. The attention to detail and meticulous planning ensured that all aspects of the day were fully covered and the staff were well rehearsed on the order of the day. In the months leading up to the wedding, Moran's prepared a range of beautiful tasting options for us to try and guided us through our menu choice. On the day, the food was absolutely gorgeous! Beautifully presented, the highest of quality, in ample quantity and delivered with a smile and attentive service from all of the Moran's staff. The team also looked after our entire drinks reception, cake table, decorations, table wine, all dietary requests and front of house. It was such a pleasure to have a caterer who was as enthusiastic as we were about making our day as special as it could be. With their outstanding service and top, top quality food, we'd recommend Moran's to anyone!

We are very proud to say that Morans catered for our wedding weekend at Drumhalla house. When initially planning our wedding day, it was unquestionable that food and drink were the most crucial aspects of the day – with most of our guests travelling over from the UK, we needed to ensure that everyone was well fed and watered. We contacted Morans as they were recommended to us by our wedding venue, they certainly lived up to their excellent reputation and from our initial conversations, we were put at ease with their professional but easy-going nature and attention detail. Nothing was too much trouble for Morans, they were helpful in suggesting menus, catering for dietary requirements, sourcing alcohol and even organised a tasting ahead of the big day so that we could make our final decisions – the only problem we faced was that everything was too delicious to choose! Morans did a spectacular job feeding us for the whole weekend and every one of our guests came away from the wedding completely stunned by the efforts of the catering team - we couldn’t have possibly asked for a more perfect outcome!

Moran's catered our wedding weekend at Drumhalla House. From the first conversations we'd had with Moran's, they were extremely helpful suggesting menus, layouts and plans for the day. Nothing was too much trouble. When we met with the team the day before the wedding they had everything in hand and worked with our florist to set the place up beautifully. On the day of the wedding itself, all of our guests were blown away by the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the service. They were truly amazing. Moran’s also did the breakfast for all those staying in Drumhalla and a BBQ the following day, both of which were fabulous! I cannot recommend Moran's highly enough. Thanks again so much!
