Responsibilities

 

As a fresh food manager you will be responsible for our stores deli hot food and salad bar/sandwich counters weekly taregts. Be excited by and have a hands on approach on taking ownership for the day-to-day management and care of Moran's fresh food deli counters, staff, and customers, by setting and achieving SMART goals and objectives, increasing productivity, and ensuring HACCP, food health and safety and quality standards are of the highest standards and have a flair and keen interest in relevant food trends and innovation.

  • Hours pro rata / Alternate weekends
