Each order is unique to your special preferences and has been hand crafted by our local team of chefs and butchers, using local ingredients meaning you are also supporting your local community this Christmas.
Below is a list of Cooking Instructions which will produce the best results when followed. You will also find these on each individual product within your box to keep things simple. We have made a few serving suggestions to help you with the presentation of your dishes on Christmas Day. We hope you enjoy your Christmas in a Box & we wish you a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!

Preheat oven to 170c or Gas Mark 3. Pour a cup of water into roasting tray, add one large knob of butter & cover ham with tin foil, heat for 45 mins. Remove the foil & heat for a further 20 mins. |

Boneless Turkey Crown |
Preheat oven to 170c or Gas Mark 3. Pour a cup of water into roasting tray, add a large knob of butter & cover turkey with tin foil, heat for 45 mins. Remove the foil & heat for a further 20 mins. |

Preheat oven to 170c or Gas Mark 3. Pour a cup of water into roasting tray, add a large knob of butter & cover beef with tin foil, heat for 60 mins. Remove the foil & heat for a further 20 mins. |

Turkey, Ham & Stuffing Portions |
Pre heat oven to 190C/375f or Gas Mark 5. Remove plastic packaging. Add a little water. Cover with tinfoil & heat for 35 mins. R* |
Microwave on Full Power Heat for 3 mins, rotate dish 180 degrees & heat for a further 3 mins. |
Butternut Squash Risotto |
Microwave on Full Power Heat for 3 mins, rotate dish 180 degrees & heat for a further 3 mins. Add a little water to loosen the risotto, stir thoroughly and heat for a further 2 mins R |

Grants Locally Sourced Ham |
Place ham into pan of fresh water, ensuring the ham is covered; add 1 clove studded onion half, 1 bay leaf, 5 peppercorns, spring of rosemary, 2 star anise, 1 garlic clove & 1 bottle of dry cider. Cover the pan with foil & bring to the boil. Once boiling, turn the pan down & allow to gently simmer for 1.5 hours. Remove from water, stand for 20 mins. Remove excess skin, score the ham, rub with mustard & stud with cloves. Add glaze & roast for 45 mins at 180c or Gas Mark 4, basting the ham every 10 mins. |

Cover turkey with foil & roast for 1.5 hours, remove foil & return to the oven for 25 mins minutes. Allow the meat to rest for 10 mins before carving. |

Cover turkey with foil & roast for 1 hour 50 mins, remove foil & return to the oven for 25 mins minutes. Allow the meat to rest for 10 mins before carving. |

Season beef with salt & pepper and cover beef with tin foil, heat for 65 mins. Remove the foil & heat for a further 30 mins. Allow the meat to rest for 10 mins before carving. Your beef will be cooked medium. For well done simply roast for an extra 25 mins. |

Salmon Fillet with Lemon Butter |
Serves 1 Preheat oven to 180c or Gas mark 4. Remove plastic outer packaging. Cook for 15 mins, baste salmon with lemon butter after 10 mins. |
