Job Title: Fresh Food Production Supervisor

Location: Moran's Kitchens, Ballykelly

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time Available

 

Department: Fresh Food Production Kitchen

Responsible To:  General Manager

Co-ordinate With: Area Manager, General Manager, Store Duty/Assistant Managers, Co-workers and Customers. 

 

Main Purpose: Quality – Consistently - Constantly
Assisting the production and assistant production manager in the overall ownership and control of all fresh food deparments, ensuring the highest standards throughout.

Principle Responsibilities

 

 General

  • To ensure exceptional customer service, workmanship and teamwork.
  • Ensure the fresh food areas and end products are to the highest standard as per company procedures.
  • Implement and maintain a high standard of food quality control and deal with all quality control issues.
  • Ensure HACCP procedures are practised and the level of hygiene is impecable.
  • Ensure all health and safety, food safety standards and company procedures and processes are followed
  • Ensure everything possible is done to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Actively promote, motivate and propagate all aspects of the business.
  • Train, develop and ensure all staff follow company policy and procedures 
  • Motivate and promote team spirit among staff and develop a professional and positive working environment 
  • Carry out the duties of your line manager / next in line in their absense when asked 
  • Any other functions that may be required by the company (with competency)
